One of our most fundamental responsibilities at Milford is to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all of our team members, contractors, and customers. Our commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment (HSE) is directly integrated into our corporate responsibility and mission, and this commitment is embedded within our operations and safety culture. We place our highest priority not only on protecting the safety and health of our employees, but we also extend this commitment to our customers, the public, contractors, and wherever we perform our tasks.
Safety is the responsibility of every Milford employee, and everyone participates in activities to ensure a safe work environment. Milford’s HSE Department, working in conjunction with each employee, is responsible for the overall direction of the safety culture and for providing resources that are necessary for an effective HSE program. Each employee is responsible for consistently following all established procedures for reporting potential hazards and fostering a proactive culture focused on the safe and responsible actions to manage incident-free operations and continual improvement.
