VI. How Winsupply protects user information

Winsupply uses commercially reasonable data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of user information accessed and stored on the Site(s). However, Winsupply cannot warranty that use of the Site(s) will be uninterrupted or that information will never be lost, stolen or misused.

The safety and security of user information also depends on the user. Where Winsupply has given users (or where users have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Site(s), users are responsible for keeping this password confidential. users should not share their password with anyone.

IX. Miscellaneous.

a) Access. users can access any PII stored on the Site(s) or by Winsupply, by logging on to their account with their username and password.

b) No minors. The Site(s) are intended for use by individuals eighteen years of age or older. Winsupply does not knowingly collect PII for individuals under the age of thirteen and will delete any such information upon discovery.
