Milford Companies is now the Master Distributor of Z-PEX: Extreme Environment Coating.

Z-PEX is a unique, proprietary coating that provides unmatched protection against corrosion and abrasion in extreme environments, such as oil and gas, municipal, and virtually any other environment with corrosive materials.

This coating system provides a cost-effective solution versus costly stainless steel or exotic metallurgies. Z-PEX coating can be used for new installation of valves & equipment or for rehabilitating existing equipment. Individual items can be coated and used for service without the need for over-milling fine-tolerance parts. The addition of Z-PEX can result in savings of over 50% and up to seven times the lifespan compared to stainless steel.
